For I am come to ‘set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.’
For I came to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law:
For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;
For I have come to part asunder a man from his father, and a daughter from her mother, and a newly married wife from her mother-in-law—
For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
For I came to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law;
I’ve come to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law .
For I have come to set
I came to turn sons against their fathers, daughters against their mothers, and daughters-in-law against their mothers-in-law.
For I have come to set a man at variance with his father, and the daughter with her mother, and the daughter-in-law with her mother-in-law;
For I came to cause-a-separation— a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.
For I came to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
I have come to make this happen: ‘A son will turn against his father. A daughter will turn against her mother. A daughter-in-law will turn against her mother-in-law.
A man will fight against his father. A daughter will fight against her mother. A woman will fight against her husband's mother.
For I came to turn a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.
For I have come to set a man against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.

“Never think I have come to bring peace upon the earth. No, I have not come to bring peace but a sword! For I have come to set a man against his own father, a daughter against her own mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. A man’s enemies will be those who live in his own house.
For I have come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.

“Don’t think I’ve come to make life cozy. I’ve come to cut—make a sharp knife-cut between son and father, daughter and mother, bride and mother-in-law—cut through these cozy domestic arrangements and free you for God. Well-meaning family members can be your worst enemies. If you prefer father or mother over me, you don’t deserve me. If you prefer son or daughter over me, you don’t deserve me.

For I came to part a man against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the son's wife against the husband's mother;
for I came to set a man at variance against his father, and a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law,
